If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

- I've seen in your videos that some stones need soaking and others not. How do you handle a combo stone like your 1000/3000?
- Generally combo stones are soaked, this one definitely can be!
- You say these stones are made for you by Naniwa and I was wondering if they had a family resemblance in the ways they perform to any of the lines in the Naniwa brand. Just curious.
