If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"I don't have much of a beard (I keep it short). I thought I would try the beard balm. I chose unscented as a I wasn't sure about what scent I would like (from the choices available) - so, I cannot speak about the other scent options. Unfortunately, "unscented" does not mean "odourless". The "unscented" odour is quite unpleasant."
