If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

- general question about the oils, my boyfriend does not particularly have a beard, but he does let the hair grow sometimes. Its a little itchy for him and mostly for ME when its at that stage so im wondering if this would soften the hair a little bit and irritate my skin less? He has no interest in actually growing a beard but he did express interest in an oil that would stop my poor chin from getting irritate by his scruff. Thanks so much :)
- Sales Kentofinglewood 11:58 AM (5 hours ago) to me I wouldn’t recommend and oil at that level of growth - you don’t want too much oil sitting right on the skin and clogging pores! However, the Tremendous Beard Cream from Horace and Jasper should do the trick. They offer an unscented, citrus, or mint, option, and it acts both as a moisturizer for the skin underneath, and a leave-in conditioner for the hair on top, leaving him less itchy and you more likely to put your face near his face. He might also consider a beard brush - even at a short length, the stiff boar bristles can help soften the facial hair by gradually breaking down the hard keratin layer on the outside of the hair and making it less annoying to have against your skin. It also just feels nice to do for a couple minutes once or twice a day. Of course, we can always teach him how to get a close shave and leave his skin silky smooth!
