For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.

Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"I had waited to buy this shaver because I was a bit hesitant about the price. So I couldn't wait to try it out. Aesthetically, it's simply magnificent. It's a beautiful, well-finished object. The weight is imposing. But above all, it's an excellent shaver. From the very first stroke, it's a wow! It shaves sublimely well and I can get a close shave in two passes. I previously had a Merkur 38C, nothing to compare it with. Clearly not the same range. I think I've found my shaver for the long haul."

"My favorite razor, no doubt. Feels amazing in the hand, the knurling is incredible, amd the weight feels perfect! As for the shave, it seems pretty aggressive, but now that I'm used to it, I have no issues. It performs better than any other razor I own. Closer shave in less time. I also would consider this to be the most comfortable razor to use, of those I've tried. Comparing to Henson ++, Jagger DE89, Rockwell 6c, and Merkur 34C, among others. The Envoy reigns high above any of those, in my books. Also, it gives great audible feedback."

The knurling is the best I’ve felt in any de razor, it’s very solid and perfectly weighted. The shaves are incredible, I’ve paired it with my favourite blades the Gillette silver blue’s. So smooth and very efficient! It’s the perfect aggressiveness for my sensitive skin. I really enjoy shaving with this razor. Huge thanks to the great service and staff at Kent of inglewood.
