Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"The best shaving cream/soap I have tried so far. Easy to whip up a nice thick luxurious lather that keeps my face hydrated. Helps the razor glide with little friction and has a nice, soothing scent (like walking in a mountain forest). It takes only a little per shave so its an excellent value too. "If you’re into more green foresty type scents like cedarwood taylor of old bond, this one is good as well. The texture is slightly thicker and less moist. But, it makes it easy to scoop up and start lathering. I find this an ever so slightly more boldly scented than the cedar and like the thicker consistency because I find it less messy. Great product overall, I find it doesn’t dry out as easily once applied on the skin making shaving ever so slightly better (but, not different enough to make it a decision maker or anything)."
