Shipping, Delivery, and Returns: What You Need To Know
For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.
International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. Customs charges can differ depending on destination and value. Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized or responsible for these charges.
Customs and Duties
Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"I should thank the Buy Canadian movement and the US boycott. For years I used Edge Gel until I spotted it is a US product. So off to Kent's to find a Canadian soap. McDuffs has a good selection of scents however I wouldn't say the Badlands scent is strong. Nice while working with it but very subtle afterwards. It also makes for a smoother shave because the razor seems to glide far better than Edge. Note that when the instructions say use plenty of water, start with what you might think, then add a few drops more each time and you'll get a lovely smooth lather to help your razor glide across your face. Very happy with McDuffs Badlands."

"This is the first time I’ve tried this company’s product and I generally like it. The scent is subtle and not overpowering. The thickness of the foam is a little heavier than others I’ve used but maybe I just need to adjust the amount of water in the brush when I’m whipping it up. It could be that the tallow component creates this heavier feel. Overall I like the way it prepares my skin for shaving."
