If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"I have a 2 sided stone that was significantly out of spec. Following instructions I used a sharpie to make an x and hash lines on the old surfaces. The truing stone was effective and easy to use to bring the stone back to flat although significant work was required. I'm sure that with frequent use of the truing stone I'll be able to bring the stones back to spec fairly quickly."

- Hello, I have a broken tip on my knife, I am looking for a stone with higher grit to reshape it. Would I be able to use the backside of the Knifewear Truing Stone 220 Grit to reshape? I wasn't aware that I was suppose "truing" my current stone, so have a second use for this stone would be great. I currently have Naniwa Professional Chosera Stone 800 Grit. - I used this on my red 1000 grit stone. The Stone was wet and when I ran the truing stone over the sharpening stone the red stone really lifted and kind turned into a mortar paste. This has now dried and stuck to the truing stone. In this normal? How do I safely clean this"paste" residue off of the truing stone?
- Hey ther! That is totally normal. Since the truing stone grinds down the stone's surface, it creates that red mud. If you'd like, you can rinse it off with water and a plastic brush!
