For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.

Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"This James Carter has become my EDC. Ideal size & shape/comfort. I would have preferred a hollow grind blade with this size knife for slicing food but it’s a small consideration. Truly ambidextrous with reversible clip. Action smoothness is good but lacks a snap sound upon locking. Very attractive design & an enjoyable handling."

"The Carter is a smaller lock bar locking knife that still has a four finger grip in my hand. Lock up is solid and there is no side to side blade play. Spring tension on the lock bar is a comfortable medium strength. VG 10 Blade shape is excellent for EDC and came very sharp out of the box. Blase size and thickness plus edge geometry makes this knife Excell at daily slicing tasks. This is a medium duty knife that will last a lifetime if cared for well. The micarta handle is shaped, sculpted, and micro dimpled for excellent ergonomics and grip. The lock bar grips are very nicely sculpted for grip without fatigue, seriously these grips are the best grips I've encountered on a lock bar knife. Thumb disk allows for very intuitive thumb and finger opening. Reversible pocket clip for ambidextrous operation. Tight milling specks, perfect blade centering. A very well though out and executed design. A knife I can recommend with confidence."
