The Bleja folding knife contains all of the features of a fixed-blade Helle in a more compact design. A newly designed locking system and metal liners re-inforce the handle for ultimate durability while hunting or bush-crafting and the contoured handle creates a better grip when carving. The name and size are inspired by Bleja, the largest mountain along the Fjord that Helle is located at.

For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.

Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"does not come very sharp out of the box. the edge is not a true scandi grind--there is a "micro" bevel at the edge which would be hard to maintain since it is very difficult to keep a consitent angle on it. not to mention that over the years, the micro bevel will get wider and wider making the edge impossible to keep sharp. removing the micro bevel was an exercise in abolute frustration, requireing hours of removing material to get to a true scandi grind. unfortunately, the scales can not handle being wet for that length of time and have warped and cracked. This knife is basically ruined after only a few days. at least I managed to get it passably sharp in the end. Do not buy this unless you are ok with a half sharp blade that will be very difficult to maintain as you grind a deeper and deeper micro bevel over the years."

"I picked this up on a whim. I am not usually into such a plain looking knife, but this Helle has such a great hand feel, as well as a very satisfying tactile sound and feel when opening and closing. The wood offers a lovely thwack when the blade hits the stop pin. This is a great knife for carving or light campsite work. The scandi grind is like Moses parting the waters as far as removing wood when carving. I was surprised at how much control I had with finer detail work. I’m sure others will use this knife in more practical ways, but I find it satisfying for how I use it."
