Shipping, Delivery, and Returns: What You Need To Know
For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.

Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"I had been debating purchasing a bottle of honey oud for several months after trying out some samples. The debate was not whether I wanted the fragrance or not ( I knew 100% I wanted it), but rather would I have enough opportunities to wear it. You see Honey oud is an extremely powerful, opulent, sweet, sensual fragrance that has a deep, thick base. There is nothing like it and It smells so good that it almost does not seem real. Virtually everyone is delighted by the way it smells - BUT - its deep, opulent, powerful smell make it only appropriate for certain situations. For instance personally I would not wear this fragrance if I was not wearing a suit or a blazer and dress shoes - that is how refined and sophisticated it is. When I picture wearing it I imagine walking into a evening social gathering dressed in an excellent outfit, polished shoes, a well fitted suit with a tie, or a bold blazer and where I want to convey my confidence and presence. This fragrance is perfect for things like that BUT you would probably not want to wear it to an office for work....it’s just way to opulent for regular, ordinary days. I absolutely love the smell...it truly is one of the grandest fragrances available anywhere. At this point it is like a treat for me. To smell it from time to time and only have a handful of opportunities during a given year to wear it. I wholeheartedly recommend this fragrance...just understand that its best feature also makes it only suitable for unique occasions. It’s like a treat."
