For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"I don’t usually splurge on my morning routine. But; I do with Castle Forbes. I’ve been on this stuff for years and never get tired of the lime shave balm. The smell is great and your skin will love you for it. Both the balm and shave cream work well with our hard water. I have sensitive skin and this is one of the only products I’ve tried that doesn’t react. Treat yourself! But be warned; you will be back for more over and over again. I find myself stockpiling it because it does run out of stock…. Come to think of it; forget everything I said… you wouldn’t like it : )"
