Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"I don't like to shave every day, but I grow a thick beard, and have sensitive skin. With other razors, if I leave several days between shaves, I clog the razor. I am not comfortable with using a straight razor. This razor easily shaved my 3-week growth without clogging. It works out to be about half the price per year of a drug-store multi-blade razor, even if I only shave once per week. If you shave every single day, other razors may be just as good, but if you go several days between shaves, this is your friend."

"I have purchased several beard related items from balms to brushes. I had to buy a second comb because I lost my first one, hopefully whom ever found it loves it too. My most recent purchase of a razor and blades is fantastic, I love shaving my head and face again. I switched over from the generic Gillette stuff. The gentleman who helped me is very knowledgeable and shares his passion for the products available. Actually, every visit has been excellent because of the people working there.
