How it all started...
Secrid is a family business and 100% owned by the Van Geer family. In 1995 co-founders René van Geer and Marianne van Sasse van Ysselt realized that 'the wallet of the future' is a card holder. That year, they developed their Bodycard, a plastic card holder. In 2009, this was succeeded by the Secrid Cardprotector with a solid aluminum housing, which changed the wallet market forever.
A patented design, fully produced in Europe, with the best quality and attention to people and the environment was the goal. For this, Secrid collaborated with over 50 suppliers, from tanneries to sheltered workshops that skillfully assemble the wallets in the Netherlands.

In the early 2000's smartphones put the world at our fingertips, almost all essential documents shrank to pocket size. We carried less, but what we carried was held dearer than ever before.
The Secrid Cardprotector is their first and most minimalist offering, but it is also the heart of their entire collection as every other Secrid wallet includes one.
In addition to being surprisingly handy while still incredibly minimal and beautiful designed, the Secrid Cardprotector is RFID Blocking and holds 5-6 cards.

The Secrid Miniwallet is a secure way to contain your credit cards, business cards and a few bills without the fear of anything slipping out. The clasp on the front ensures no accidental loss of cash will happen during an evening of imbibing. The outer protective leather layer is available in several different styles including: Vintage, Matte, Vegetable Tanned, and my personal favourite, their premium Embossed Lines Collection.
Secrid's signature lever design allows you to pop your cards out in style and like all Secrid wallets, their Miniwallet comes with their RFID Blocking Aluminum Patented Cardprotector, as well as a bill fold to hold your cash and two other pockets for your less essential cards and ID's.

The Twinwallet is for those who prefer the Costanza sized wallet, the twinwallet can hold between 10-12 cards with added room for business cards, cash, and anything else you may need to fit. This double-barrel model allows for extreme organization of your cards without weighing down your trousers.
