Shipping, Delivery, and Returns: What You Need To Know
For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.
International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. Customs charges can differ depending on destination and value. Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized or responsible for these charges.
Customs and Duties
Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"For me it was a little learning curve but as soon as I got the hang of it, it’s been great. I use it regularly and is now my go to razor."
Expensive but you get what you pay for
"Well designed and machined. Very mild but super efficient. For someone with sensitive skin, this is a great choice. Definitely the best safety razor I've ever used. My only complaint is that mounting the blade is a bit tricky, and quite frankly, a cutting hazard, compared to butterfly-style razors."
Excellent razor
"I am adding to my review below after trying many different blades in the Rex Konsul. The Kai is excellent and comfortable shave at the 2-2.5 setting. The Personna Platinum, Astra, Wilkinson Sword and Rockwell are great performers at this setting. The Parker did not impress me at all and I did not like it at any setting. With the aforementioned blades you can shave WTG, XTG at 2-2.5 but when ATG you might have to open it all the way up OR learn to pull your skin taught. Now..with a Feather Hi Steel Stainless blade? You must keep in mind that it is super sharp and works best in a Feather Feather AS-D2 which has a blade gap of .27. The Konsul dials down to .23 I believe. The Feather blade is a butcher in most razors that have a larger blade gap then the Feather AS-D2 but it's perfect for that razor. If you set your Konsul at a 1 you will get a very close and smooth shave from a Feather blade. If you set it any higher it will razor burn the crap out of your face. That was a mistake I made the first time I tried Feather in the Konsul at 2.5-4 setting. Otherwise this is a very good adjustable razor."
Very nice razor.
"This is a great razor for a course beard (they all are when they turn gray) and soft sensitive skin. My first DE razor was a plastic/metal butterfly adjustable Feather; a good intro razor but with the Feather blades I had bad razor burn, nicks and weepers. I bought a Rex Konsul razor and with both a Feather and Kent of Inglewood blade I had razor burn but almost no nicks or cuts. Then I tried a Kai blade in the Konsul. It is a night and day difference from the Kai to the Feather and Kent. No cuts, no nicks and minimal razor burn. It's a much thinner blade then the other two but outperforms them hands down in that particular razor. I think I will try a Kai in the Feather razor just to see how it performs in that. So far I am highly impressed. I almost don't want to try about 6 other blades after experiencing the Kai matched with the Rex (but I probably will.) This is a good solid razor and looks built to last a long time. As far as the price? Buy once cry once. Stainless steel made in the USA."
Konsul Slant
"A high quality , very well built razor that gives close and comfortable smooth shaves. It’s well weighted and with its knurled grip on handle , it will never slip from hands no matter how wet they get. Mounting blades can be a little tricky, but not a deal breaker though , and easy once you get the knack."
Smooth, close shave
"The Konsul is pricey, but the build quality is top-notch and it provides an incredibly smooth shave. There’s almost no blade feel on the mid-to-lower settings. I have a sensitive neck, so I love being able to dial the razor down mid-shave to get an irritation-free pass. And there’s no need to loosen the blade to perform the adjustments which is convenient. My only real problem with the Konsul is I have a good collection of other razors that I no longer want to use!"

"If you want to splurge on a razor, I would recommend the Konsul. Just enough blade feel to feel it shaving."
