If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. "I don't have much of a beard (I keep it short). I thought I would try the beard balm. I chose unscented as a I wasn't sure about what scent I would like (from the choices available) - so, I cannot speak about the other scent options. Unfortunately, "unscented" does not mean "odourless". The "unscented" odour is quite unpleasant."
