For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"This razor in my Rockwell 6S is sharp for up to 5 shaves. It is also smooth and forgiving for those shaves where form is sacrificed over speed. I have had some rushed shaves in the mornings and still no razor rash. This is a solid razor for thicker growth."

Deceptive - give them time
"I just started using a safety razor - a Merkur Futur. I bought a whack of different blades and am slowly experimenting. At first I thought the Lords were wimpy - they didn't feel as close as other blades like the Feathers and the Merkur. But when I finished - two passes at setting 1 and one at the more aggressive 3 setting, I was pleased at just how great the results were. More experiments to come but these seem really good for me."
