Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

Hultafors Mini Hatchet
"I recently purchased a Hult mini hatchet to “round out” my axe collection. At first I wasn’t overly sure about how much use it was going to get. It’s very small, and compact. And as I would later find out, it’s is perfect for close, precise work where a larger axe or hatchet is simply too difficult to control. The hatchet itself is gorgeous. The guy behind the counter and I spent quite a long time (much to the consternation of my wife) picking the one with the right handle. So much time in fact, that we both missed a small chip in the cutting edge. I noticed that after arriving at home, but the next time I was in town the fellas at Kent were more than happy to repair and resharpen said edge. Overall, it is a beautifully made and highly useful little tool. One that will see a great deal of use in my outdoor activities from bushcraft to hunting. As always, the gentlemen and ladies at Kent are a huge pleasure to deal with, and are very knowledgeable about their products. I look forward to many more years of buying my cutlery there."
