For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.
International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. Customs charges can differ depending on destination and value. Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized or responsible for these charges.

Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"Great razor, silky smooth on my average but not coarse hair beard! I've been using it for a couple of weeks now with the Feather blades that came with it. I will be trying the razor with Persona blades as well after I deplete the Feather blades. Presumably, the Persona blades are not as aggressive."

"I have used a vintage Gillette razor for over forty years. This razor has a lot more heft. It took a little getting used to using the Feather razor. But, I now get perfectly smooth shaves. A lot closer than my old razor. Definitely worth the extra money."

I used to think I was getting a good shave
"So I have a few razors in my collection. Rockwell T2/Henson/Hoxton and all three have their place, I generally prefer the Rockwell although it does take a bit of adjusting to get the blade to sit true when the clam closes (Build quality issues with the adjustable Rockwell razors). But oh boy this new Feather razor is a game changer, this is the best shave I have ever had and by no small margin either, I have fairly course hair and let my facial hair grow for about fourteen days and I will be completely honest I didn't really feel like I was shaving it was just so smooth, sorry Rockwell but Feather will be taking the top spot here. My Prep: Use hot water and facial wash for the shave area/Hot towel soak/Cetaphil Daily Advance lotion for pre-shave as I find it works better than any other pre-shave I've tried/ Then Castle Forbes 1445 or TRUEFITT & HILL sandalwood cream, depending on the scent I prefer as both creams perform equally to me. Finish: Cold water soak with a towel on the shave area then a generous spread of VANIcream, I don't like aftershave as I prefer the moisturizing effects from a good cream"
