Horsehide is a must for those serious about their straight razor. The texture of horsehide offers better "draw", meaning it grabs the edge of the razor and straightens it more effectively, allowing your razor to stay sharp longer.
A strop is a must for your blade. By stropping properly on a regular basis, you can avoid sharpening your razor as often and help it last longer. Sorta like brushing your teeth often to help you avoid the dentist. Ezra Arthur strops are extremely solid and designed to have the leather or canvas portion easily replaceable in the event of a stropping disaster.

For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.

If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.
