Shipping, Delivery, and Returns: What You Need To Know
For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.
International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. Customs charges can differ depending on destination and value. Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized or responsible for these charges.
Customs and Duties
Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.
Perfume, colognes, and alcohol based aftershaves
Due to international shipping regulations, we cannot send perfumes, colognes and alcohol based aftershaves to customers outside of Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping to Anywhere in Canada:
In most cases packages arrive at Canadian destinations within 2-7 business days. Parcels are shipped from all store locations in Canada.
Orders Over $60:
If your order is over $60, we are pleased to offer you free shipping to anywhere in Canada. We use the Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. This takes 3-8 business days.
Orders Under $60
If your order is under $60, the shipping cost is flat rate of $15. We use the Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. This takes 3-8 business days.
Shipping to Anywhere in the USA via DHL International:
We ship to USA destinations via DHL International Express service. USA destinations generally take 3-8 business days for delivery. This service is insured and trackable.
Orders Over $100:
If your order is over $100, we are pleased to offer you free shipping to anywhere in the USA.
Orders Under $100
If your order is under $100, the shipping cost is a flat rate of $15.
All Shipping to Elsewhere in the World (any country that is NOT the USA or Canada) is shippedvia DHL International for a flat rate of $55.
Kent of Inglewood Shipping Policy
General Return Policy
This return policy applies to all items purchased from Kent Of Inglewood.
Kent of Inglewood cannot accept the return of consumable items, shaving brushes, hair brushes or other items that cannot be easily sanitized and resold. We will accept the return of unused razors, knives, axes, and other items that can be easily and safely sanitized.
Before returning any items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt of items.
Products must be returned with payment receipt, original packaging (un-damaged), unused and in perfect condition. If items show any sign of use, sharpening, honing, etc they will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the original packaging is not in a re-saleable condition the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items returned to Kent of Inglewood are done so at the buyer's expense. The items must be properly packaged to prevent damage and fully insured.
IMPORTANT FOR NON-CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: The package/invoice should have the export value and have a note: CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED. Then it will be able to processed without payment of duty & tax.
Please notify us of the tracking number so we can follow the progress of the parcel. Funds will not be reimbursed until we receive the products and are happy with the condition. The refund will be the amount paid less the shipping/handling fees (our actual shipping cost for those orders where shipping was included for free), PayPal fees and any other incurred costs. When sending parcels to us across an international border it is your responsibility to state that the item is either being returned or temporarily imported for repair. Failure to do so may result in import tariffs and/or brokerage fees.
Items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.
We want all of our customers to be very pleased with their purchase. Therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged appropriately to prevent damage in shipping. If you find you have any problems with your order upon receipt, please contact customer service at email@example.com within 48 hours.
