It is often said that fortune favours the bold, and what could be bolder than shaving with the infamous “Throat Cutter” straight razor? The Throat Cutter is an exclusive model to Kent of Inglewood, with its gold adornment and sexy Ebony wood scales.
The point is slightly rounded for safety while still offering the precision that straight razors are known for. The slightly taller than average blade will last longer and offer more heft while shaving, and the Japanese steel blade will stay sharp longer than almost any other make of straight razor on earth.

KEY INFORMATION
About Thiers Issard - Thiers-Issard was founded by Pierre Thiers in 1884, its name stemming from his wife’s and his last name, to differentiate between other Thiers of the area. Pierre Thiers put so much of his heart into his business; rumor has it that he died at his workbench. The company passed down through successive generations until 1985 when the company transferred to Gilles Reynewaeter, a Frenchman absolutely enamored by straight razors who has written two books on the subject. The company now uses a proprietary Japanese steel blend mixed with 1800’s techniques to craft some of the world's best razors.
