For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.
International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. Customs charges can differ depending on destination and value. Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized or responsible for these charges.
Customs and Duties
Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Kent of Inglewood, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

We want all of our customers to be very pleased with their purchase. Therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged appropriately to prevent damage in shipping. "My first non Gillette Tech razor was a Merkur. This razor has the same head as the chunky Merkur, but sports a wonderful, non-slip grip handle that is lighter than the original. I bought the long handle version of this when Kent first started their shave supplies, but this shorter handled version will be my go to razor. The shave is a bit more aggressive than a Gillette Tech, but easy to handle. The fit and finish of this razor is great, and the chrome and black looks mighty fine on the shelf."

"Okay so I got this razor a good long while ago, and did a maintenance shave with it when I first got it. I absolutely love the feel of the grip in my hands, I have no fears whatsoever that I'm going to drop it, or it's going to slip. It's nicely weighty, so it feels solid, without being unwieldly. The length means I don't have to turn into a contortionist to get my ankles, and I have no fears working up the back of my legs. Having only ever used plastic / cartridge razors in the past, I was a little concerned about the ease of conversion, but the staff in the Bank Street store (major shout out to Meghan!) gave me the right advice, and pointed me in the direction of the right tools. After that first shave, and loving how close it got, without any sign of irritation or dryness from friction, I figured I should do a stress test, and proceeded to not shave for 2 months (which doesn't sound like much, but my legs don't grow in evenly). After today's shave I can honestly say this is the *best* razor I have ever used. The blade change mid-calf was super easy, and fast. It took all the hair in one pass, while cartridges would have needed three or more. My skin feels fantastic, and I cannot advocate this product enough. It's an amazing razor, and I highly recommend it for those who want a better shave on their legs, especially for beginners."
