Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

"DESIGN: it's a pretty short handle (I shave with my index and middle finger with my thumb), and sometimes I wish for a longer handle. But the build quality is fantastic, it's my first DE razor and I have no trouble adapting to it (very forgiving and gives me confidence). My only advice is try to shave with three fingers holding your current razor and see if you can get used to it. I'm impressed how quickly the item got shipped out and arrived at my place.
