For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control.

Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to a Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Kent of Inglewood will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.

The blade was so sharp that I accidentally glanced it ever so gently with my finger and it shaved part of my finger tip off. I was wondering why I was bleeding and then seen the tip on my the ground. It wasn't major but still... so very sharp. What a great edge on it."

"Beautifully crafted. Feels like a luxury hatchet/outdoor tool. The axe head is very well-shaped and can split logs/accomplish minor chopping jobs no-problem. Great as an all-around solution for camping or by the fire-pit. If you're looking to add an axe to your toolkit, do yourself a favor and buy something from Hultafors - it'll end up being a long-term investment. With replaceable handles, the axe can last a lifetime."

"awesome hatchet, perform great on all around camp task , great handle finish, grain orientation spot on , came razor sharp , good thick leather sheath. the hatchet is well balanced , good control on a choke grip for precise work and good cutting capability on full lenght grip . definitely a buy . In combination with the wax can the wood grain just popped really recommand"

- Can you do personalized engravings for a gift?
- We don't have an engraver in the company but we have a company that we work with to engrave items for our customers. Each project has to be quoted by them so if you can email hello@knifewear.com with: - which items you'd like to have engraved - how many of each item - what you'd like engraved. If its text write out what you'd like, formatted as you'd like it, let us know what type of font (Sans serif, Serif, Script) you'd like and roughly how big you'd like it. If it's an image/logo please send the high quality file of the image and let us know roughly how big you'd like it - if you have a deadline we'll need to include that in case the engraver has to rush the job.
