These stunning 2022 Limited Edition knives from Helle celebrate their 90th anniversary as a company, and are inspired by the two brothers that built the Helle forge on their family farm at Holmedal, Norway. While much has changed in the last 90 years, Sigmund & Steinar's original vision is still holding strong: to make solid tools that look and feel good.
This year, Helle proudly presents two limited edition knives inspired by the classic Fjellkniven of the 1940s. The sheaths were not only inspired by but actually
cut from the old sheath pattern developed by the two brothers back in the 1930s.
When designing this year’s limited edition knife, Jan Steffen and Svein-Erik wanted to honour their grandparents by designing a knife that preserved the essence of their grandparents' design philosophy.
