Every Batman needs his Robin, every chef needs a sous-chef. The Adler Yankee hatchet is the perfect companion to your larger axe, easily accomplishing the smaller tasks that your larger axe can't. Making kindling? Check. Fine wood-carving and bushcrafting? Check. Throwing at a target to blow of steam? Obviously.
This little guy is easily packed into the bush, and looks great next to your firepit or wood-burning stove.

About Adler - Following in the blacksmithing footsteps of his father and grandfather, Josef Schmitt opened a small axe-making shop in 1919 in southern Germany. Now over 100 years old, Adler is run by his great-grandson Tobias Schmitt. Tobias maintains the traditions and focuses on the quality that we were raised with while bringing Adler into the modern age with the latest technology and an emphasis on sustainability. In addition to making a high-quality product, Adler has a water-based paint facility and use waste wood from handles to power their factory. They work hard to meet cutting edge production and sustainability standards, while maintaining the tradition that has given them 4 generations of commercial success.
